Refund Policy

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Shipping Charges or any other charges except for the product price will not be refunded if a return or refund is done.

Process:

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp to initiate a return request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned product.

Non-refundable Items:

  • Custom-made jewelry pieces are non-refundable unless defective.
Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the product has already been processed for shipping.
